Rail Ramble Around Garsdale

Based on the summer train timetable the intention is to catch the 9.17 train from Leeds which is due to arrive at Garsdale at 10.54. If you are hopping on the train at Skipton it leaves at 9.57. Once in Garsdale a choice of walks will be offered -

An 8 mile circular led walk which takes in the scenic parts of the Lady Anne's Way or
a 6 mile shorter walk is also planned.

The Moorcock Inn is to provide us with a menu for a two course meal to be served at approximately 16.00. This will enable us to catch the return train leaving Garsdale for all stations at 17.27 arriving back in Skipton at 18.21 and Leeds at 19.07. The likely cost of travel based on the current return full train fare between Skipton and Garsdale is £13.90.
