                                      MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONNAIRE

Please can ALL members of the Group complete this short questionnaire which was included in the latest West Riding Rambler (January 2018).    Please complete the questionnaire whether you are an active member of the Group or not.    We particularly want to know your age as for future policy and planning we want to know the age distribution of members.   The more members who respond the more valid is the information obtained.   It would be good if we could have a response from all the 3000 members of West Riding Area.   All answers will be treated in confidence.     Thanking you in anticipation, and thanks to the members who have completed the questionnaire already.
