Walk grades -
Leisurely - for reasonably fit people with at least a little country walking experience. The walk may include unsurfaced rural paths.
Moderate - for people with country walking experience and a good level of fitness. The walk may include some steep paths and open country and may be at a brisk pace.
Strenuous - for experienced country walkers with an above-average fitness level. The walk may include hills and rough country and may be at a brisk pace.
Walkers in doubt about their fitness are advised to contact the leader in advance.

Although every care is taken planning walks, we can accept no liability, and participation is entirely at your own risk. Please bring a packed lunch and drinks.
